How long does Private Limited registration take?+
Typically 10–15 working days end to end, covering DSC and DIN issuance, name approval (RUN/SPICe+), and the Certificate of Incorporation from the MCA. Timelines can vary slightly by state and ROC load.
When do VakilCoins expire?+
VakilCoins are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. You'll get reminders at 30 and 7 days before any batch expires, and you can always check expiry dates in your Wallet.
Can I get a refund if my application is rejected by the govt.?+
Our professional fee covers re-filing and rectification at no extra cost if a rejection is due to a correctable error. Government fees, once paid to the department, are non-refundable as they are outside our control.
